What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I hope to contribute my regional expertise in sustainable development, my experience as a mentor and consultant, and my passion for inclusive, community-driven solutions. I bring a unique perspective from Central Asia, where I have worked across sectors to advance renewable energy, climate policy and women's leadership. Through my podcast and public speaking, I have fostered dialogue across cultures and disciplines. I look forward to sharing my knowledge, lessons learned and stories from the field, while learning from others in return. I believe in mutual exchange and hope to contribute thoughtful insights, collaboration and cultural perspective to the mentorship experience.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Hone skills in leadership, public speaking, self-branding and business development.
  2. Explore how sustainable development principles can be practically applied in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  3. Learn more about green technology cost modeling and selection.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor is an open-minded, experienced leader in sustainable development and green technologies—someone who is passionate about sharing knowledge, actively listens and empowers others to grow. I seek a mentor who can motivate me, challenge me, and expand my thinking while offering strategic guidance to strengthen my leadership, technical and business development skills. Ideally, this person works in a large company focused on sustainable innovation and inclusive impact. A collaborative, visionary and supportive culture is important to me, where I can learn both strategic thinking and practical tools for green entrepreneurship and regional transformation.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Purpose-driven
  2. Curious
  3. Committed

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship will help me strengthen my leadership, self-branding and business development skills while deepening my understanding of green innovation and sustainable technologies. Learning from an experienced U.S.-based mentor will expose me to new strategies, global best practices, and tools that I can apply to scale impact in Central Asia. I aim to explore new approaches to capacity building, green entrepreneurship, and inclusive project design, and gain insight into how sustainability is applied in high-performing organizations. This experience will also support my long-term goal of launching a sustainable project support center for women-led SMEs.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I will leverage my mentorship experience by integrating new tools, strategies and insights into the capacity-building programs I lead across Central Asia. I will create a special podcast series to share lessons from the program and bring global voices to a regional audience. As a mentor myself, I will apply advanced mentorship approaches to support women in sustainability and green innovation. I will also use the experience to inspire and equip emerging leaders—especially women—with the knowledge, confidence and global perspective needed to drive inclusive, climate-resilient change in their communities.
