I hope to contribute to the TechWomen mentorship experience by sharing my expertise in education, economic development and youth engagement. With experience in academia and public speaking, I bring a unique perspective on integrating technology and innovative practices to drive social impact. I aim to contribute to discussions with insights from Central Asia, especially around education reform, women's leadership and entrepreneurship. My communication skills and passion for innovation will support mutual learning and collaboration. I'm eager to inspire and be inspired through this global exchange of knowledge, ideas and shared goals.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn steps to develop and deploy software applications.
  2. Learn steps to create innovative educational platforms and tools.
  3. Better understand blockchain and digital payment systems.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor would work in a dynamic, growth-oriented technology company focused on innovation and sustainability. I am particularly interested in organizations that value dynamic collaboration and work-life balance. The company would foster a culture of continuous learning, where mentorship and knowledge-sharing are integral to its success. The mentor should have experience in leadership roles within the tech industry, especially in areas like software development, project management or tech-driven solutions for business sustainability. Ideally, the company would also support cross-functional teamwork and the development of varied talent in emerging tech fields.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Detail-oriented
  2. Collaborative
  3. Adaptable

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope the 15-day mentorship with a U.S.-based mentor will support my professional growth by helping me develop leadership skills, enhance my technical expertise and explore innovative solutions in the field of technology and education. By learning from an experienced mentor, I aim to gain valuable insights into effective project management and gain exposure to new tools and practices that I can apply to my work. This mentorship will provide the guidance I need to expand my professional network, explore new opportunities and drive meaningful change in my home country's tech and education landscape.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my mentorship experience by applying the leadership and technical skills I gain to drive innovation in my home country, particularly in finance and technology sectors. I aim to mentor young women in STEM, fostering their growth and empowering them to become leaders. By sharing insights from my mentorship, I plan to develop community programs that encourage the use of technology in solving local challenges, contributing to economic growth and sustainability in Turkmenistan.
