What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I’m a software engineer, a lifelong learner, a mother of two daughters and someone deeply committed to growth—both my own and others’. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership experience and cultural perspective. I’ve worked in banking tech for nine years, contributed to national-level projects and now build educational spaces to empower others. I speak several languages, have lived abroad and believe in the power of cross-cultural learning. I hope to contribute to the TechWomen exchange with authenticity, curiosity and a strong desire to both share and grow.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Design and implement AI-powered learning platforms
  2. Build intelligent systems for data-driven decision-making
  3. Develop scalable strategies for fintech solutions integration

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor works in a large, technology-focused company specializing in fintech, educational technology or digital transformation. The company fosters a forward-thinking and collaborative culture, emphasizing innovation, agility and real-world impact. I'm especially interested in a mentor with experience in scaling AI or data-driven solutions, leading digital product teams and driving strategic change within complex organizations. Their insights into sustainable growth, product leadership and the practical application of emerging technologies would be highly valuable to me.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Proactive
  2. Strategic
  3. Analytical

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Through the TechWomen mentorship, I hope to deepen my expertise at the intersection of educational technology and digital transformation. By combining my background as a software engineer with my MBA studies, I am transitioning into a strategic leadership role focused on creating impactful learning experiences for professionals across various sectors. This mentorship will support me in refining my skills in designing scalable, tech-enabled learning systems, gaining exposure to global best practices and exploring how AI and data can enhance professional development programs in digitally evolving regions like Central Asia.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

This mentorship will give me the confidence, clarity and tools to grow not only as a leader but also as someone who can inspire and support others. I plan to share what I learn by mentoring women in tech, leading digital learning initiatives and helping others connect their technical skills to real-world impact. I aim to foster a culture of lifelong learning and innovation, creating spaces where people feel empowered to grow, adapt and lead—especially in fast-changing industries like banking and education.
