What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I bring a unique fusion of passion, purpose and expertise—shaped by my journey as a GIS Data Engineer and global trainer at HERE Technologies. As I prepare to launch my next step—free, interactive tech education bridging AI, geoscience and access—I aim through TechWomen not only to learn and grow but also to give back by representing HERE as a dedicated Tech Ambassador, inspiring cross-cultural collaboration and empowering women worldwide to lead, code, map and innovate their futures.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn advanced project management skills.
  2. Gain tools for leveraging AI for geospatial insights.
  3. Learn effective leadership and mentoring techniques.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor leads within an innovative, forward-thinking organization where technology and science intersect to create meaningful impact. This company fosters a culture of curiosity and growth and champions women in STEM. I seek a mentor deeply experienced in geospatial technologies, AI and geosciences—someone who inspires through visionary leadership and empowers others to push boundaries. A mentor who nurtures creativity, encourages bold ideas and guides with empathy, helping me elevate my technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive transformative change in technology and education.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Visionary
  2. Empowering
  3. Trailblazing

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

For many years, I have been working as a Finance and HR Manager, Project coordinator, and I also volunteer by organizing training sessions for young women from the NGO Public organisation ‘Centre for the Development of Sign Language and Deaf Education’ Republic of Tajikistan and trainer of 1C courses at the Technological University of Tajikistan in the field of IT.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Following my TechWomen mentorship, I will harness advanced expertise to elevate Enola—a transformative initiative dedicated to expanding access to cutting-edge technology education across Egypt. By integrating AI, GIS and digital innovation, Enola will empower communities to become catalysts of change in the STEM ecosystem. Inspired by global best practices gained through this experience, I aim to build a thriving platform that not only nurtures talent but also drives national progress, fuels technological breakthroughs and creates lasting impact for generations to come.
