What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

With over a decade of experience across business analysis, design, innovation, learning and development, I bring a cross-functional mindset and a deep understanding of building impactful, scalable programs. I've worked at the intersection of technology, education and upskilling, driving transformation in both corporate and grassroots settings. I look forward to sharing practical insights on designing inclusive learning ecosystems, mentoring early-career professionals, and leading change in complex environments. I hope to contribute a culturally rich perspective grounded in resilience, empathy and a commitment to creating equitable access to opportunities.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Broaden leadership and strategic acumen in navigating complex global challenges.
  2. Build capacity to engage with and influence the global technology landscape.
  3. Acquire practical skills in developing impactful AI-driven programs.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

I admire company cultures where women are able to ascend to leadership roles and initiate significant change. I seek mentorship from someone who has led large-scale cultural transformation and champions economic opportunity for all, especially underrepresented women. Ideally, this mentor would belong to a purpose-driven organization with global reach, where equity and access shape strategy. I'm especially drawn to workplaces that invest in women's leadership development and are determined to promote representation across all levels of the organization.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Resilient
  2. Strategic
  3. Empowering

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope this mentorship enhances my leadership skills through exposure to innovative approaches towards leading with purpose and compassion, broadening my knowledge of impactful program development, and offers insights into scaling learning initiatives across diverse contexts. With my experience leading youth empowerment programs and building systems from scratch, I aim to learn from proven U.S. models, explore global best practices and strengthen my strategic thinking. This experience will also support my long-term aspiration of creating a sustainable, high-impact learning ecosystem for marginalized communities, while growing as a mentor and leader in the Learning & Development field.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Following the TechWomen program, I will apply the insights acquired to design scalable, skills-oriented programs that address youth unemployment, gender and pay disparities in tech. I aim to strengthen local mentorship ecosystems by training educators and professionals to become effective mentors. Leveraging global best practices, I will advocate for student-centered learning policies, empower women especially in tech, and expand partnerships to drive systemic change. I am committed to reshaping the learning and development landscape in Pakistan by fostering innovation and lifelong learning.
