Ideal Company Type
I would like to visit facilities where biotechnology, including algae, is used in waste water treatment. Also, if possible I would like to see bio-ponds used for cleaning water.
As a monitoring and evaluation specialist, I would like to receive a brief training with a Monitoring and Evaluation certification for technical assistance projects.
I would like to learn about soil salinity reduction techniques such as bio-drainage, and by using salt resistant trees and bushes for water saving purposes.

Additional Technical Skills
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, I was able to conduct the Assessment Study at the beginning of the USAID GSP project in Turkmenistan. The Governance Support Program aims to strengthen the accountability, effectiveness, and transparency of governance in Turkmenistan. The purpose of the Assessment was to identify policy priorities and opportunities, as well as identify potential GOTX and CSO partners and will be used for defining future directions of project activities. The Assessment tools included data collection, document review, key information interviews, coding and analyses.
What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
I will contribute my knowledge and expertise in biotechnologies using aquaculture, and I can do a presentation on Technical Assistance programs implementation in Turkmenistan.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I will use the experience gained during TechWomen program to carry out technical trainings for civil servants, farmers, entrepreneurs and other interested stakeholders in Turkmenistan. I will also adapt my current approach of the civil servants for support on environmental issues. Monitoring and Evaluation training will increase my skills in data management.
