What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in project management and leadership in the energy sector, particularly in challenging environments like the Caspian and Middle East regions. I can share insights on navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing large-scale projects, and promoting gender equality in traditionally male-dominated industries. Additionally, my experience in spearheading new initiatives and departments from scratch will provide valuable lessons in innovation and resilience. I am eager to discuss strategies for driving impactful change in the global energy industry.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to advance my career to the middle management position.
  2. Develop skills in strategic planning and operations to effectively manage and optimize organizational processes.
  3. How AI tools/models are used for marketing and sales boost.

Additionally, I would like a mentor that can provide guidance on creating a work life balance and how show me how to build a successful career while balancing other life responsabilities.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Working with a mentor from the U.S. will help me understand different market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry trends, enriching my strategic outlook. Their personalized guidance will hone my skills and accelerate my professional development, offering tailored advice on career advancement to effectively navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Additionally, a mentor can introduce me to their professional network, opening doors to valuable connections with industry leaders and potential collaborators. Exposure to the latest industry innovations and best practices will inspire me to implement cutting-edge solutions and improvements within my current role.

The networking opportunities presented during TechWomen serve as an exceptional platform for fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration. This collective experience enables participants to address local challenges with a global perspective. My participation in TechWomen marks the beginning of my commitment to further propagate the program's mission and values. I am dedicated to empowering the next generation of female leaders, nurturing their potential. My ultimate ambition extends beyond mentoring Kazakhstani leaders; I aim to inspire future TechWomen participants, ensuring a lasting legacy of empowerment.
