What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen will allow me to improve my leadership and public speaking skills, as well as develop professional competencies experience necessary to become an expert in my field and advance my university and my region. I think that my participation in the program will unlock my potential and help me acquire the leadership and entrepreneurship skills I will need to focus on empowering women and girls.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Through this program, I will gain unique professional, personal, and cultural experiences that will help me realize my professional goals. I will leverage my TechWomen experience in several ways: by conducting trainings for teachers on education technology trends and new software and tools in education, engaging other teachers to use STEM education, conducting trainings for students on entrepreneurship, and providing teleconferences for students, with professors or expert from Silicon Valley. Through these and other actions, I hope to motivate and inspire students to excel in STEM subjects and foster entrepreneurship skills and empowerment among girls, all to contribute to the development of my region.
