What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship will be my dedication to excellence and my expertise in building prototypes using software and artificial intelligence. By sharing my experience and hard work, I aim to inspire excellence in my mentees, offering valuable insights and discussing strategies to achieve their goals with precision and diligence. Additionally, I will bring fresh perspectives on the development and research for new technologies, fostering innovation and collaborative problem-solving with my mentor and their colleagues.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to build meaningful connections that would turn into business opportunities and help me expand my network with investors and innovators.
  2. How software and AI products are integrated and managed at a large scale.
  3. Learn more about team leadership and management and how responsibilities are distributed and communicated to reach effective decisions.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques

Ideal Company Type

My mentor would be someone who not only has extensive experience and knowledge in their field but also possesses a passion for empowering me. They would be approachable, open-minded, and committed to fostering a mentoring relationship that is both challenging and supportive, helping me to navigate my career path effectively and confidently. Ideally, my mentor match would be a software engineer/manager in a big-tech software company who is tackling projects that derive impact on the market.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Innovative
  2. Dedicated
  3. Collaborative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly enhance my career by providing critical insights into technology, equipping me with valuable tools, and creating lasting connections. With my background in software development and AI, I aim to deepen my expertise through exposure to advanced U.S. industry practices. This mentorship will refine my technical skills, broaden my perspective on global practices, foster innovative thinking, and enhance my leadership abilities. Ultimately, I aspire to translate this experience into actionable insights and projects that will benefit my home country, especially for women. I would like to establish a startup that empowers women through technology and leadership, driving meaningful change and making a greater impact in my community.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I am committed to contribute tangibly to my home country's tech landscape. One of my foreseen goals is to establish a company dedicated to upskilling individuals in the tech domain especially women. My company would aim to equip them to secure positions in prestigious companies by which it will serve as a main step for those seeking to enhance their capabilities, providing not only technical knowledge but also career guidance to navigate the competitive tech industry and adapt to new technologies.
