After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The TechWomen program presents a unique opportunity to drive positive change. With a strong passion for establishing STEM mentorship programs for young girls, I hope to partner with local schools and organizations like Sierra Leone Women Engineers to identify and nurture these girls. Furthermore, I am actively involved in launching a young graduate program that will provide technical expertise, hands-on experience and mentorship. By organizing virtual sessions, I will facilitate knowledge sharing between TechWomen and aspiring professionals. Through these efforts, I envision a future where women in STEM thrive in an inclusive, diverse and empowered environment.
