What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The impact my mentorship will have on my career includes the opportunity to immerse myself in American business culture, to learn new business and project management methods and to learn how to become a mentor for young women in my country.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Once I return to my country, I will transmit what I learned in this experience. I will implement what I learned from TechWomen in my work and in the management of my team. I will share my TechWomen experience with enthusiasm in my professional network and associative environment. I will be the ambassador of TechWomen in my community through my association which watches over the popularization of technologies and sciences among young people and women.
