Ideal Company Type
My ideal company is a product-led technology organization that has built usable products for a large number of users. A company with a team of product managers, software engineers and product designers alongside other cross-functional teams. A company in the FinTech or EduTech industry because my past and current projects are in these industries. A company currently in the growth stage. I am excited to learn about how they overcame the challenges that come with growth-stage companies and the leadership skills needed to succeed. I am curious to learn about creating the right product strategies and processes that help teams succeed.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
My goal is to become a subject matter expert in building technology products, scaling my product and programs to have a broader impact. My TechWomen mentorship will help me learn from the best companies and empower me with the right skillset that helps me achieve my desired goal. Also, TechWomen will provide me with a diverse network of emerging women leaders, where we can share our different journeys and learn from each other’s challenges and experiences.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
To support more women to thrive in tech, my action plan includes building a job board that helps women find jobs. I will also improve the product development of the applications I manage to serve more people reliably; pursue partnerships that provide training and partnerships for women and design learning content that helps professionals kick start and accelerate their product management journey.
