What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen mentorship program indeed offers a unique opportunity to develop the leadership skills that are essential for me to meet my career goals. It is a chance for me to feel the spirit of strong women who are not afraid to speak their ideas. It is a different approach to problem-solving. TechWomen program will allow me to tailor a curriculum specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation and learn the best green startups practices from Silicon Valley, which I am going to apply later in my own green startup.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWoman program, I will share my experience, my knowledge with other women in STEM in my home country. After having California green startups' best practices, which later I am going to apply in my own green startup, I would like to ask Uzbekistan TechWomen "eco" fellows to support me in my sustainable startup. Due to coronavirus pandemic, nowadays, online learning is becoming more and more popular worldwide. I want to build a women-based online volunteering community, which will help women grow professionally and personally.
