The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Enhance my software engineering skills to become a team leader or CTO.
  2. Enhance my coaching and leadership skills.
  3. Build new networks of effective contacts in global software companies.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Gritty
  2. Collaborative
  3. Open to Challenges

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen will help me excel in cultivating the software engineering skills necessary to be a successful tech leader. By giving me a chance to connect with technologists and entrepreneurs, I will learn from them how they overcame the obstacles they've faced. Additionally, TechWomen will provide me with the requisite management and communication skills to become a good mentor so that I can inspire more girls to get involved and find their passion.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will seek a leadership role in my current job and apply what I've learned in the daily work environment. I intend to host training sessions in my city and participate in meetups with the goal and sharing my knowledge. Furthermore, I will write about the TechWomen experience to encourage girls to seize the opportunity to advance and strive for more. My goal is to support girls in applying for opportunities and to help at least two women to apply to TechWomen or similar programs next cycle.
