Age
30The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship
- Proposal writing and project management
- Transform laboratory-made results into the application (industrial) sphere
- Efficient transformation from working model to prototype
Ideal Company Type
My ideal mentorship company has a research department with a set of branches doing fundamental scientific research that has a strong connection with the applied field and a commitment to polishing the "laboratory result" into industrial applications. The company may not be a big one but it might have multiple departments that are disconnected and governed independently. Nevertheless, all parts of my ideal host company would be working to improve people's life and broaden humanity's horizons. These types of companies are brilliantly demonstrated in Sci-Fi Films and Comics.
Certifications
- Chemistry and Materials Science with the AFD Program (Masterclass, 2017)
- New challenges in engineering education: ENAEE experience and global trends (2019)

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I think my mentorship with TechWomen will help me to grow as an educator, researcher and person. Enhancing my leadership and communication skills will help me to be a better manager and supervisor. I will see how successful projects are led and organized in the host companies and learn how to do it efficiently and get inspiration from my mentor. There will be plenty of young active women, whose unique experiences will teach me to achieve my carrier goals no matter what. Sharing gained knowledge among the young researchers will help encouraging young scientists to proceed with a career in STEM.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I hope to be able to manage my own scientific projects that result in new workplaces for students and graduates. Moreover, a well-managed project will result in a product besides articles and patents. Being a member of the young scientist community at my university, I will definitely share the knowledge and experience I gain during TechWomen among the Ph.D. students and young scientists at my university. I will share my experience with the goal of helping to teach the younger generation of scientists to share their work and create their own ideas and projects.
