I would be so excited to be a part of that innovation and see how the world developed a company that would present the right challenges that allow me to use my skills and experience, while also continuing to develop myself as a professional. In addition, I want to know more about the US education system and how successful companies work.

The program will have a positive impact on my career. I am sure that I can raise up to a new level using the acquired knowledge and skills from my mentorship. In addition to interacting with others to exchange information, I believe that the TechWomen mentorship is a great opportunity for me to grow, enhance my technical skills and boost my confidence which would give me the perfect chance to push beyond my comfort level to make some meaningful improvements.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The first thing is I intend to be a guest with the most popular podcasts in the country to share my experience that everything is possible, to encourage women and youth and challenge them to realize their professional life in the field of STEM, not to give up and to develop themselves.
