Ideal Company Type
I believe that interacting and socializing with different people, cultures, languages and religions provides a deeper understanding of oneself and others around. Therefore, I want to be placed in a globally known company where I can learn and work on my professional skills. A company that works on solar mapping, sizing, installation or energy efficiency and energy audits will be ideal. I also want to learn the software of solar technology. I can also be placed in a company that focuses on environmental problems and gives sustainable solutions to related problems. I want to equip myself with fundamental managerial and technical skills by working with top professionals in this field.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
The mentorship will help me to achieve my goals and ambitions. This program is a perfect platform to polish my professional and social skills. I look forward to playing my part as cultural ambassador for my country, and I am eager to work under the mentorship of true professionals in a leading institution. Knowledge, leadership, management and socializing are the key skills I want to acquire through this mentorship. In addition, the networking contacts I will make in the U.S. could also act as mentors to shape my goals and make them a reality. Last, this mentorship will help me to develop self-confidence.
What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
I will contribute my knowledge, skills and time to my host company. I will share what I have learned so far in my life from practical experiences. I can share my ideas, which may be of importance to the host company. I will play my role in creating a diverse environment in the host company in terms of culture, working style, thinking approaches and much more.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After participating in the Techwomen program, I plan to share my acquired knowledge and skills with my community by conducting seminars, workshops and talks on sustainable growth. Being from the remote region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, my target for these seminars and workshops will be rural areas with limited facilities and awareness. I believe the professional contacts made through this program will help me in conducting these initiatives and will act as a valuable resource in the longer run. I aspire to form an NGO for undeveloped areas and am in the process of publishing my own "Energy" magazine to spread awareness about clean and sustainable technology.
