What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
The TechWomen mentorship will help me to network with other like-minded professionals in this field and join the growing community of TechWomen worldwide. The experience will help me learn how other countries are currently applying advanced analytics techniques, solving operational problems and applying analytic principles and procedures. It will help me ask the right questions about how to use advanced analytics effectively and point me toward the right answers for my administration. It will be an opportunity to share best practices and draw on our combined resources to address issues of common interest.
What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
I have a combination of strong technical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with teams. This allows me to be more efficient. I can quickly participate in discussions and raise questions and issues. I have passion and enthusiasm for the data science field. I have experience in dealing with process management and re-engineering tools linked to data science.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
Participating in the TechWomen program will allow me to share my experiences with others colleagues by mentoring the next generation and helping them grow and thrive professionally. I will have endless possibilities for collaboration and innovation by building relationships with professional women across the world. I will prepare a practical guide of the knowledge capitalization process in order to move from unidirectional knowledge transfer to knowledge interfacing and sharing. This guide will allow the users to better understand how to organize knowledge capture, storage and reuse of data in order to support strategic decisions and project startup.
