Ideal Company Type

I would like to be placed in a software development company, either big or small (startup) it's fine with me as long it is successful and has been operating for a long time like more than five years. I am flexible about the culture and it's better if the focus is on customer applications or solutions.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

After participating in the tech women program I will be having a wide understanding of different aspects of the tech world, from the mentorship and networking events I will be able to develop and improve my skills in management, communication, coordination, and time management. On my professional path, this will give me an understanding of my new career dream in data analytics, I will be able to understand more about big data aspects from different people in the position of data analysis within the big companies through networking.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the mentorship I will come back and implement what I have learned from my host company, a good example is a capacity-building program we have here at RwBuild. We do capacity building in development/testing and project management for new candidates which takes 3 weeks, I believe after the tech women program I will be better in program coordination and implementation.
