The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Personal development and leadership
  2. Social innovation and design thinking to solve global issues and make social impact
  3. Technical and business knowledge in IT education and digital literacy and engage with international organizations acting for techological education and STEM related activities

Ideal Company Type

Looking forward to working with an innovative and socially responsible IT company focusing on education in general, and STEM education in particular, as core business or as CSR initiatives. My ideal company would value collaboration and knowledge sharing, diversity and multi-culturalism. I am willing to immerse in both large and internationally impactful IT multinational companies and brilliant, innovative startups. I am also interested in social enterprises based on social innovations and sustainable business models or NGOs involved in IT education, digital literacy or girls empowerment.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I will benefit from contact with mentors and emerging leaders from different countries to develop a strong personal and professional network. This would be an excellent opportunity to create new professional and career development opportunities. Working on a real-life project within a successful company in the innovative, dynamic and highly competitive US environment, will foster my professional skills and my professional performance. Recognition for belonging to a highly selective network of women leaders would be very empowering to thrive on social endeavors and increase my social impact.

What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I am willing to take part in my host-company's projects and would be happy to contribute to solve their challenges. I do have excellent facilitation skills to conduct workshops and animate groups. I can conduct customer experience assessments and help design improvements, manage cross-functional projects, set up a project management office, assess project management and innovation practices, customize products and services to North Africa and Middle East Markets. Most of all, I will bring my passion for innovation, versatility and team spirit.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will work with local and international partners to increase digital literacy and IT education with a specific focus on girls and their interest in STEM. I would like to promote a culture of innovation with the new generation and contribute to a new era of education in my country. I will also continue mentoring female students for success.
