What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

As networking with stakeholders and public figures in Germany and Jordan is an integral part of my master's degree, participating in TechWomen will enable me to develop my public speaking, negotiation, networking and communication skills. This will allow me to make the most out of my time in Germany and launch my career tackling wastewater management challenges in Jordan. TechWomen's mentorship will support me to develop SOLVillion startup's decentralized wastewater management system, build strategic partnerships, enable me to continue to work for female empowerment in Jordan, and create strategic plans to open the market in Jordan and beyond.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Based on my experience with TechWomen and SOLVillion, I intend to give back to 40 female-led startups incubated by Injaz by organizing workshops on networking, mentorship, and specific technical skills for female engineers to help them succeed. I will also leverage my new skills by serving as a positive role model for my sisters and the young girls in the Entro 4Kids program. I would like to show them that taking the initiative to participate in these high-level programs will broaden one’s horizons and create positive change on a personal and societal level.
