What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Through the TechWomen program, I plan to build an immersive mini-MBA to guide me through the hurdles of entrepreneurship and community service. I plan to do this mainly through connecting with like-minded individuals from all over the world and interviewing the leading US companies on issues like fundraising, user research, brand building, hiring, and managing top-notch teams.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I am planning to join the local chapter of TechWomen in Morocco and work with the program alumane to build digital platforms that deliver real impact and make a difference to people in our community. I want to follow up on a project I have started during my university years, about inclusive design in e-gov services, and the importance of accessibility. I didn't go through with the project due to a lack of sponsors and partnerships, but though the TechWomen network, I'm sure we have the right talent to bring innovative solutions to the market.
