What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I believe that TechWomen mentorship will help me to improve knowledge management in water and sanitation, which is the core of our business at Green WATECH and enhance my professional skills related to environment and circular economy. It's an opportunity to share my experiences and also my technical skills while working in a diverse setting, to connect with colleagues, and share with them the knowledge and ideas that will surely be beneficial to both sides. This program will also provide an opportunity to become a part of a strong and active network of like-minded entrepreneurs.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As CEO of Green WATECH and as an active youth leader in MENA region, I will share the outcomes of this program with my team and the population we are working with. Our activity is based on the active involvement of stakeholders and the rural population through a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Rural populations will be trained on good sanitation and hygiene practices and sensitized to the importance of raising awareness on these sanitation issues. We are planning to share the outcomes and network with the local association of each village and focus on empowering women and girls.
