Ideal Company Type

My utmost desire is to mentored by a women at a leading tech-education industry in Silicon Valley. I am looking forward to collaborating in a professional environment where I can find multiculturalism, global citizens, and gender diversity. The TechWomen mentorship will impact as a guiding light on my career path throughout my professional life. By mentoring with someone at a world-leading company, one can learn discipline, the importance of commitment, time management, and giving 100% to the work. The TechWomen community will help me grow as a professional. The networking and public relationship building that TechWomen provides will be huge positive for my career. It will also expand my circle and increase the chances of successfully setting up my business model with international and technically sound STEM professionals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I firmly believe that a mentee of today is the mentor of tomorrow. I will pursue to become the better version of the tech-woman that I am with the gains of this mentorship program and reflect the positives of the same to my team back home. As I am already working in an educational leadership position, I will share and replicate the professional, learning, and diverse environments in my classrooms and team meetings. I will also encourage and motivate my co-workers and students to opt for international scholarships and exchange programs to continue the chain of intercultural learning.
