What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I believe that any company is aimed to increase its profit, decrease the cost to increase its finance wealth, thus its productivity will increase with high efficiency and effectiveness on the market. At the end of the day, the company is doing business and needs good reputation and high financial scale with excellent quality. Moreover, I believe that companies love synergy and employees who are creative and productive enough to execute the synergy process and can prove that 1+1=3 if we add extra 1 to the sum (2). I have the potentials to escalate the productivity because I'm synergetic.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn new approaches in quality control to reduce TCO.
  2. Intercept unexpected challenges in all phases of the project starting from initiation, then planning, monitoring and closing.
  3. Gain experience in new technological methods such as machine learning techniques to become an expert in insuring technical adequacy.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Focus on technical skills building

Ideal Company Type

I want to learn more about AI, renewable energy and data mining and how to invest AI in renewable energy and data mining. I'm eager to be exposed to an environment to help me improve my leading, project and time management skills, including strategical planning, critical thinking and interpretation marketing of a product or software, building a professional platform, networking skills and ways to invest an innovative idea in a professional and successful business. I would like to have an exposure to new techniques and approaches and meet up with experts in the field to enhance my experience and knowledge.

Programming Languages

  • MATLAB

Additional Technical Skills

Computer skills, research skills, attending workshops and regional conferences like IEEE, Menog, ITU LIGF, IGF, RIPE NCC, Women in WTDC and seminars by Huawei enhanced my technical analysis and interpretation which improved my technical skills at work. In addition, I was able to understand the finance approach of any company to increase its financial wealth, decrease cost, increase productivity and quality of product with less budget.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Persistant
  2. Reliable
  3. Curious

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My mentorship will help me to be self aware and identify myself more in my career, because it will influence me to discover my dormant capabilities as well as, where and how to invest it. This way I will be more efficient and hit the bullseye from the first time. I will be able to anticipate information, advices, knowledge and better ideas in electrical engineering in a professional way which will support and guide my progress throughout my career's life and will empower and encourage me to take the adventurous path. In addition, it will help me to accelerate my development in creating a unique and healthy expertise especially when using the booming technological trends to invent the future that I want and need. Last but not least, it will fill the gaps to improve my skills and help me learn new critical thinking techniques to be a leader and make the correct decisions to avoid previous mistakes.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I've the confidence that TW will change my life to a higher level. I'll be more educated, experienced, of high technical standards due to the exposure to higher methods on field. I'll invest what I've learned in my job, I'll present it to my colleagues to level up their knowledge about new techniques and critical thinking methodologies. I'll organize panels to explain the importance of enrolling in such programs and the positive effects on oneself. Last but not least, hopefully one day I'll have the funds and team to invest what I have learned in TW experiences in my own business.
