  1. Learn new techniques to reduce the effect of structures on the environment, such as new green innovations to reduce carbon footprint in all structures
  2. Learn about new civil engineering software and tools
  3. Gain knowledge on trends and best practices in renewable energy

I would like to work in a large and successful company. This company would ideally work on developing new smart cities using green technology and/or produce software in the green technology or renewable energy fields. I am looking for a company that can help me realize my objectives as an entrepreneur and allows me to feel confident and motivated.

The projects and professional development I complete during this mentorship will also improve my ability to communicate to and teach my professional network in my hometown.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I am committed to sharing my experience on social media and across my professional networks. I aim to participate in events that help women become entrepreneurs and independent. I also would like to share my experience through university seminars, so I can help the new generation stand up for their rights and inspire them to discover their own leadership spirit.
