What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be my expertise in software development and machine learning, coupled with my enthusiasm for innovative problem-solving. I bring a strong foundation in computer science and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. My ability to quickly learn and adapt to new advancements will help drive our collaborative projects forward. Additionally, my commitment to ethical AI and my passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems will provide a meaningful and conscientious perspective, enriching our shared learning experience and fostering impactful outcomes.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How AI tools/models are developed and used.
  2. How to create and manage a startup.
  3. Public speaking and written communication.

The company should have a collaborative culture, emphasizing on experimentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ideally, the company would be involved in developing AI applications for healthcare, finance, or sustainable technologies, with a strong commitment to ethical AI practices. The mentor should possess extensive experience in AI research and have a passion for mentoring, and be eager to share their knowledge and insights to foster professional growth

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will significantly enhance my expertise in AI, expose me to cutting-edge research, and provide insights into advanced teaching methodologies. This experience will help me bring innovative practices back to my institution, enriching our curriculum and research initiatives. Additionally, it will broaden my professional network, fostering international collaborations that can lead to groundbreaking projects. Ultimately, this mentorship will empower me to better lead my faculty, drive impactful AI research, and inspire the next generation of AI professionals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to establish mentorship programs and workshops focused on AI education and research, fostering collaboration between academia and industry to accelerate technological advancement and address local challenges, thus cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of innovation and expertise in my home country.
