What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be my diverse expertise in sustainable agriculture, technology integration and gender empowerment. I can offer insights into innovative agricultural practices, tech-driven solutions and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, I bring a passion for continuous learning, collaborative problem-solving and a global perspective, enriching not only my mentor's understanding but also fostering knowledge exchange.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Enhance my leadership skills.
  2. Deepen understanding of tech integration in Agriculture.
  3. Expand global perspectives and networks.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor would have extensive experience in leveraging technology to address agricultural challenges, with a passion for empowering women in STEM fields. Their leadership style would be inclusive, supportive and visionary, aligning closely with my aspirations for professional development and social impact. My ideal company would be in the agri-tech industry, preferably a mid-sized company with strong focus on sustainable agriculture and innovation. The company culture would prioritize collaboration, creativity and social impact, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and growth.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Adaptable
  2. Innovative
  3. Collaborative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will provide invaluable insights, expand my professional network and open doors to new opportunities. By leveraging their expertise and guidance, I aim to enhance my leadership skills, deepen my understanding of industry trends and gain exposure to global best practices. Ultimately, I aspire to accelerate my career growth, my radio program audience, make meaningful contributions to sustainable agriculture and empower more women in STEM fields, shaping a fulfilling and impactful professional path.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to spearhead initiatives that promote technology adoption, sustainable agriculture and gender equality in Tunisia, empowering local communities and driving economic development through innovation and inclusive practices, increase female participants in UAV trainings, spread my knowledge, my new skills and my achievements to encourage other girls and to enlarge my radio program to an international green podcast.
