I consider that, apart from my expertise in Artificial Intelligence domain and the multiple stories and experiences I would share, my most valuable contribution to the host company would be my "unbounded" mindset . I claim that innovation is the essence of everything I am doing and how I am doing it. For years, I have been working on identifying innovative solutions and fostering innovation at different aspects: training, work methodology, problem solving, communication etc. I have been continuously committed to innovation as an axial activity for the sustainability and competitiveness of the company.

Empower my profile with a new set of skills and knowledge (especially leadership, business administration, growth strategies maybe, etc.) that can open up new professional opportunities for me.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

My plan to leverage my experience and network to impact Tunisia is : Step1: Focus on sharing with the community upon my return, via publications and various media outlets, my experience as a participant in TechWomen. I will focus on the skills and insights I acquired by interacting with the community. Step2: I will Identify efficient tools and frameworks to transfer my earned knowledge and discuss the concrete solutions and projects that I can start working on. Step3: I will maintain contact with TechWomen network by creating exchange channels with network members and building bridges with their counterparts from Tunisia.
