Ideal Company Type

I am looking for an industrial company to help me in obtaining experience in the bioanalytical sector (i.e. cosmetic and/or medical plants analysis + QA and QC), green tech or the water-energy-food nexus. My ideal company would expose me to new skills in managing teams, developing business plans, establishing public/private partnerships and experience in how to develop and grow a successful company in general.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Being mentored and work with a well-known company in USA will open many opportunities to me, such as: 1) new job opportunities a potential sabbatical, 2) it will open doors for new collaborations and exchange where my team members and students can have training at the company if possible, 3) I will learn new skills from my mentorship which will add value to my CV and provide me with new potential fund raising, project and collaboration opportunities.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will share my experience on the social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc..) to encourage and motivate others in my home community. I will present about my experience during the TechWomen program to my team (Master, PhD and Post-Doc students and Research Assistants), in addition to the faculty and staff members during the monthly meetings at my faculty. I will share my experience at any opportunity may raised up at my home country.
