What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I am in the early stages of middle management and still have a lot of leadership and management skills to learn. The program will provide me with the mentoring I need to succeed in this role. I hope to network with individuals that will help me grow on a personal and professional level. I hope to learn from both the participants and mentors on how they contribute in the spaces they are. In general, I hope to be inspired to do things that I think I am not capable of doing.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I am involved in various initiatives that promote and support innovation in my community. I hope the TechWomen experience will equip me with skills and knowledge that I will be able to plough back in these initiatives and help grow them. I also hope to establish a prototype development unit that will be specially designed to help women who are involved in innovation and entrepreneurship.
