What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I will make use of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program to improve on my ability to impact more girls within my community. I will learn best practices which will enable me to effectively use ICT to empower young girls in my community. I will build a powerful network with other participants, mentors and professionals whose stories and achievements will be a source of inspiration for the young girls in my community. It will be the perfect opportunity for NKWANGTECH to establish a virtual STEM exchange program for young girls in Cameroon and STEM professionals around the world.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon my return from the program, I will organize a capacity building workshop for all the co-founders and members of NKWANGTECH as well as fellow teachers and lecturers of the various institutions where I teach. It will be the perfect time for me to launch an extensive project aimed at showcasing how ICT tools can be integrated in different fields of work to foster growth and development. I will leverage my ICT skills to share my Techwomen experience with more young girls online and inspire many more women and girls and showcase myself as a role model.
