What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program would avail me the opportunity to become a better Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations professional through hands-on experience. This will aid a better understanding of the principles of financials and supply chain management and help me deliver more value through custom applications development. My experience from the program will also help me be a better mentor to young girls and women in technology.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Considering the fact that Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are not taught in Nigerian universities, I aim to make enterprise systems training more accessible through online learning platforms, and set up virtual mentorship to ensure inclusive and engaging learning. I will also reach out to enlighten young girls and women in under-served regions of Nigeria about the opportunities and skills they can acquire in technology. This I hope to achieve by reinforcing collaboration with organizations focused on girls' education in tech, to increase awareness and employability of more women in technology.
