What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I can share with my knowledge and experience about the level of the development of Central Asian markets. In my opinion, it would be interesting to them to know about what barriers and problems face local e-commerce products, businesses and customers. Maybe they could expand their products to Central Asian markets because we need strong market leaders who have enough resources to improve financial literacy.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to create a leading product and become a Unicorn Start-up.
  2. Women leadership: how to succeed in a male-dominated market.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Have exposure to the company culture
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques

Ideal Company Type

Global or international fintech company with up to 50 employees. Focused on digital banking / SME payment platform / super app development. Company that has already become a Unicorn Start-up or plans to become. IPO oriented company.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Creative
  2. Strong
  3. Fair

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My dream is to leave a mark on the history of mankind, it may sound overwhelming, but I have been striving for this since I was a child. The hunger for new knowledge, opportunities, and experience has led me to where I am now. We are all familiar with the fear of failure, which kills our minds and self-confidence, I think this mentorship will help me to strengthen my spirit and faith in my abilities, to get support from women who have been struggling with their fears like I do.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I would leverage the TechWomen network to achieve one of my biggest goals - building a regional bridge between Central Asian countries by developing an ecosystem of IT products. I believe there are many TechWomen alumni and other brilliant women all around Central Asia who have similar goals to unite regional countries and become competitive in the global arena. I would offer TechWomen organization an opportunity to provide regional events to building strong relationships between neighboring countries. For today, technology parks of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan provide annual meetings for sharing their experience and building regional partnerships.
