The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn technology from the manufacturing process to the installation process of solar systems for homes, industrial complexes and plantations, from planning, development to installation and implementation of these systems, and to learn all the subtleties of the process, the order and sequence of implementation of these projects.
  2. Build and implement my business from installation to the introduction of solar systems for the home, industrial complexes, plantations, based on the knowledge and experience of cooperation with specialists.
  3. Improve my knowledge in the use of solar systems and in the implementation of a business project.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My participation in the TechWomen program will certainly have a positive impact on my career and professional path. The gained experience and knowledge will be useful to me for further effective using in planning, organizing and realizing my dreams. This program will make me more confident, help develop leadership skills and improve my qualifications, all of which will certainly affect the advancement of my career as a scientist and specialist.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in TechWomen program, I will have the goal of using all the gained knowledge and experience for the implementation of my business project. I want to introduce using solar systems for homes, industrial complexes, and plantations to receive free electricity and provide this electricity to the residents of my country. This project will bring a great contribution to the development of the economy and science of my country. Having achieved this goal, I can greatly influence women and girls who want to develop in the STEM field and motivate them to succeed.
