What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I think that this mentorship will help me develop my leadership skills, technical skills, broaden my horizons and communication skills. I think this mentorship is a great opportunity for my professional path, where I can learn how to set goals and achieve them, how to work with different people from different cultures. Such programs are another proof that technology is very important today and in this dynamic direction that always requires you to develop your knowledge. I hope to learn as much as I can from this mentorship.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the TechWomen program, I will start working on my long-term plans. I have already taught 4th year girls and some have already found a job on IT. It is important for me now to continue in this direction. In the near future, I will open coding and programming courses for girls who are willing to work in IT but do not have any idea from where to start. I will also look for the opportunities to develop myself as a professional.
