What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The mentorship will equip me with leadership and entrepreneurial skills that I can use to get promotions and to represent women in academia. I will also be able to become a mentor to the younger generations and promote participation of women in STEM careers. Further, the mentorship will widen my network of women in science, opening new possibilities for my career.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I intend to start an initiative that promotes the uptake of STEM subjects at a grassroots levels resulting in more women pursuing STEM related jobs.
