What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program will be an excellent opportunity to polish my leadership and social entrepreneurship skills for my personal, professional and social advancement. I have no doubt it will further my interests, increase my collaboration abilities, and give me a broader platform to nurture my individual and professional skills. It will advance my ability to contribute to innovation in the agriculture field on matters such as smart agriculture and green and clean technologies used for agricultural waste management. I'm also looking forward to creating a network and learning from experts and other emerging leaders with diverse backgrounds from all around the world.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon my return home, I plan to share the technical knowledge acquired from the program among my colleagues so that we might all apply it in the field and so improve the productivity of farmers and rural women. Additionally, I will work effectively on my social initiatives, in which I will advocate for women entrepreneurship, leadership and digital marketing. I will try to create a social center called "Rural Women Bank," through which rural women and their relatives can be empowered, trained and inspired to start their own agribusiness and participate in the socio-economic development of our community.
