What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I’m very interested in the IT field. In 3 years, I hope to have advanced in my career as much as possible. The position I’m really interested in is Project Manager, I really hope to be well on my way to achieve that goal. I’ve always prioritized commitment to my job, collaboration and leadership. I see the opportunity to be a part Techwomen and receive mentorship from the TechWomen community as an important step to reach my professional goals.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
After finishing this program, I will be more empowered and confident, which will help me take my career to the next level. When I will back home, I will enhance my work in my community and transfer the skills I’ve learned, by participating in local mentorship programs as a mentor, inspiring others as much as I was inspired and contribute in such a way to the development of women leaders in technology. I will also encourage girls to apply to this once-in-a-lifetime experience because it makes you feel valued and enables you to grow professionally and personally.
