The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Develop a digital marketing compaign
  2. Learn about tech innovations shaping the sustainable fashion industry
  3. Learn about cutting-edge technologies that can benefit RUMRA (Rural, Mountainous and Remote Areas) women and girls -- how can I introduce an application where there is no internet connectivity to serve RUMRA communities?

Ideal Company Type

I am interested in a company that implements dynamic digital marketing strategies that increase company ROI and added value to customers. I would like to be mentored at a company that develops trainings on digital marketing for SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprise).

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Perserverant
  2. Spirited
  3. Self-motivated

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Through this opportunity, I will upgrade my skills in digital marketing to launch successful digital marketing campaigns. This will support me to pioneer the first online waste-less fashion business network in Morocco, to help change behavior toward textile waste by incorporating recycling and up-cycling. I also believe that by adding digital marketing skills to my consultancy services, I will be able to explore new career opportunities in tech.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Upon the completion of the TechWomen program and in partnership with my NGOs “young entrepreneurs Association” and KAKEHASHIAFRICA, I intend to organize series of events featuring inspiring women guest speakers from the TechWomen network to encourage African girls and women to pursue careers in STEM. I will be seeking support for concrete trans-regional initiatives and collaboration from TechWomen fellows, mentors and tech giants to set up rural digital hubs as a tool for helping rural women-run businesses and communities benefit from all the opportunities of the digital transformation. I will design and develop training programs that empowering rural women entrepreneurs through digital skills.
