TechWomen will help me to expand my professional network with the best in class tech professionals and women leaders. Doing so will positively affect my long-term professional path, as I've learned that the right people are the best asset you could ever have. After graduating from the TechWomen program, I will continue supporting girls in Kazakhstan, as I currently do, and I'm sure I'll have gained a better vision for how to improve women's empowerment. I will encourage more girls to follow a career in STEM by being a positive role model and showcasing TechWomen's impact on me for the betterment of society.
