The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn more about digital transformation in telecommunication field, meet innovators and learn how they use digital solutions for sales and analytics.
  2. Develop new skills and methodologies in ICT project management and technical product marketing.
  3. Improve my leadership and public speaking skills, become more innovative, expand my professional network and build new connections with people around the world.

Ideal Company Type

I would like to make my mentorship in a multinational and multi-cultural ICT company. I would like to be able to work in an innovative environment, with open minded people who value teamwork and knowledge sharing. I also hope to work with people from different backgrounds and specialties, or from different departments, to learn how projects are developed in an innovative and collaborative environment.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Committed
  2. Creative
  3. Structured

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

This experience will enable me to learn how digital transformation projects are managed in big companies, how digital solutions are used to analyze the market, make the right decisions and improve the competitiveness of companies. It will help me to develop new skills, explore new interests, learn the latest project management methodologies and learn how to communicate about my projects and good achievements. It will give me the chance to be ahead and improve my management abilities in my job. And finally, it will give me the opportunity to connect with a large network of professionals from all over the world.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The first thing I will do is to share what I’ve learned with my network, join the local chapter of Techwomen in Morocco and talk about the program for media or through dedicated events. As a part of many engineering associations, I will invite my mentors and other Techwomen alumnae to be speakers at upcoming events that I will organize and we will develop partnerships and projects with common goals. I will encourage more women to choose the STEM field and mentor them to succeed, so they can create a positive impact and become role models for future generations. I will look forward to continue participating in other international programs like TechWomen that consider women's competencies and leadership.
