The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

1. Enhance my leadership skills for both managing teams and working in communities, learn how to build my personal brand and how to develop my self-confidence, and learn strategies for trusting my own judgments and abilities.
2. Experience product launch and learn how to successfully achieve it.
3. Be able to understand how to grow my business and user base in a subscription model.

Ideal Company Type

I would ideally like to be in a startup company that is in the process of launching a subscription based product or just launched one. It would be a plus if the company is in the mobile app business. I would rather be in a company where I will be able to experience the culture and be confronted to the daily challenges. I want to get the most out of this experience.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen mentorship will provide me with the right environment to grow as an entrepreneur. The most important professional goal for me is to overcome my difficulties in conveying and structuring my ideas. This is fundamental to be able to attract talents to my company, lead them to achieve the vision that I have in mind and become the CEO of the next unicorn.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I want to create a hub for entrepreneurial women that will enable them to believe in their projects and get all the help they need. My dream has always been to create a co-working/incubator space within my company for women. It should be a place where women from different backgrounds and skills help each other to build their projects. Along with that, I would create a marketplace as an ecosystem for all those companies, where they could get gigs and orders within the co-working place or with other companies while remaining focused on being an entrepreneur.
