What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I plan to contribute to the host company and be the soul of the company in which I will find myself and always help in everything and share my experience with my roommate and with other participants in the program. I will share the atmosphere of Tajikistan, I will tell you about my Country, and how beautiful and harmonious our country is, and I will share our customs and national dishes.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Improve my technical knowledge.
  2. Gain more professional experience.
  3. Become a sought-after developer.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry

Ideal Company Type

The ideal company for me is where I can communicate and consult with other more experienced ios developers. Study the technologies they use to create a quality product. Since there are very few IOS developers in my country and there are no courses where I can improve my skills and improve the quality of my products.

Certifications

  • IT Essentials, Centre ICT, Dushanbe, Tajikistan - 2018
  • Android Application Development, Ilmhona Team Course, Dushanbe, Tajikistan - 2019

Programming Languages

  • Java
  • Swift

Additional Technical Skills

While studying at the university, I studied programming language such as C++, Visual Basic Application, Delphi, which contributed to the beginning of my career. Thus, I learned the basics of programming, which helped me easily learn the Swift programming language in my new position. At work, I managed to study SQL and work with the database.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Inquisitive
  2. Purposeful
  3. Reliable

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Thanks to mentoring, I will have new chances, from gaining new mentoring experience to expanding my worldview in the technologically developing world. I have always strived for more, to reach new heights. I did not look at material profit, I always knew that the experience and knowledge itself would lead me to achieve my goals and even material wealth itself. And thanks to this experience, I am confident that shortly I will get a job in one of the world's leading companies as a programmer.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in TechWomen, I plan to organize an event at our company and at various Tech Events, share experiences, and educate girls and women about how they are organized and how they work harmoniously. About the methods and purpose of their thinking, about how to go this way, and help them with the questions that have arisen. And I will also share the emotions, traditions, and customs of other countries, which I will get acquainted with in the TechWomen program.
