What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I believe that the impact of participating in TechWomen will be invaluable for my professional path. I work at the Central Asia Institute, which is primarily focused on education for women and girls. TechWomen will help me to empower other women and girls to take further steps toward building their knowledge in different areas by increasing their awareness of access to opportunities and resources. This, in turn, will effect change in attitudes, beliefs, practices and discriminatory social norms.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I am sure that I will apply my experience from the TechWomen program accordingly, through raising awareness among women and girls in my country on multiple issues. These include clean and green technology to reduce the negative impact of human activity on the environment, new approaches, and methods of using and reusing wastes and of renewable solar and wind energy.
