The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn how to develop and implement specific acceleration programs focused in one area, or how to build corporate accelerators.
  2. Obtain practical experience on the startup valuation process and methods in VC funds.
  3. Gain invaluable knowledge from mentors, learn new effective methodologies, useful tools, and best practices used in Silicon Valley's top accelerators, and see how big corporations work with startups.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Open-minded
  2. Passionate
  3. Industrious

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Participation in the TechWomen program is a significant milestone in my career. The experience, knowledge, skills and Silicon Valley's best practices gained during the program will help me develop and implement the most effective acceleration programs that I can. I will be more productive, more skilled and result-oriented for my organization and community. I believe that the effect TechWomen will have on me will impact my local innovation ecosystem as a whole. I will be able to create more effective acceleration programs with a focus on one area. Additionally, I will gain new insights into interaction with VC funds and have experience in startup valuation methods, which will further propel my efforts toward success.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will use my experience to make an impact and build a strong community of women in tech, through which I can share all of the knowledge that I acquired from Silicon Valley with women and girls in my region. I want to bring to my country the best practices and useful tools for acceleration programs for women techpreneurs. To that end, I plan to start a social acceleration program myself to provide knowledge, skills, and vision to women founders. I hope it will increase the number of women techpreneurs, who will, in turn, create technologies that improve people's lives.
