Ideal Company Type
My ideal company serves the health industry, is lab-based, and engages in the determination of diagnosis by applying molecular techniques as well as conducting gene-based therapy, particularly for cancer patients. I am passionate about conducting research and clinical trials in our community by building collaborations with world-recognized centers in my areas of interests. My ideal company will help me to keep learning about new approaches in molecular diagnosis and treatment technologies, and generating collaborations.

Additional Technical Skills
I have utilized a range of cellular biology techniques and biochemical approaches. I have broadly applied gene manipulation techniques fulfilled by enzymatic digestion and PCR approach. I have successfully generated several GFP-tagged recombinant constructs that were validated by western blotting analysis and immunofluorescence assay. I have produced several stable cell lines by various approaches: application of virus-based vector; shRNA based approach; viral transduction; CRISPR-Cas9 technology. I broadly applied various DNA damaging agents, such as UV light, ionizing radiation as well as chemotherapeutic drugs such as 5-FU and oxaliplatin.
What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
My mentorship will bring fresh ideas, assist me to enhance my knowledge, contribute to strengthen my background and direct me towards the right path to achieve and fulfill my professional goals. I will gain tremendous support from the TechWomen program, which could provide me with opportunities to broaden my view of research and life. My mentorship will teach me how to go from new developer to successful leader, and be able to create the conditions for problem-solving and bigger responsibilities.
What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
I will bring my knowledge and encouragement to the team to meet our goals. The TechWomen mentorship will be an opportunity to strengthen my working attitude, pursue my goals and boost my career, and I will work hard to give back to my host company. I will share my passion, optimistic nature, confidence in facing challenges with my team members. I will be happy to share and implement novel ideas with my host company.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
Participation in the TechWomen program will allow me to obtain a valuable experience in my field and provide me assistance in the organization of ideas. It will also help me make connections with other members in the TechWomen network, which can help future initiatives. I intend to deliver the information and experience obtained during the TechWomen program to my colleagues. I want to promote further improvement and create effective work strategies.
