I would appreciate working in a company that touches many people's lives everyday and encourages innovation and digitization at the work place. Ideally, the focus of the company would be in the area of the internet, big data or software. The company can be one with a startup mindset that is dynamic and promotes teamwork and, concurrently, has a defined framework for deliverables and learning. Finally, I would appreciate working with a company that has remote offices and requires heavy communication between employees, as this is one of my areas of interest at my current job.

Additional Technical Skills
IT project management is the top skill I have developed throughout my career. I have been managing various projects in different areas like voice infrastructure, network upgrades, PC monitoring tools, information security, data center relocation, etc. While I have gathered a lot of technical knowledge, I would still call IT project management as the common skill in my career and my top one.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I believe the mentorship program will have a very big impact on me. considering that I am discovering the IT domains through work experience and not through educational background. Also, because I don't work in a company that is focused on IT services, a mentor can help me have a steady learn and growth curve by guiding me, stimulating my thoughts and goals and eventually helping me choose what's better for my career and development.
