What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

One of my post program targets is to create an educational web platform for community of teachers where they can exchange the ideas, work jointly on various topics, rise concerns and issues, find the way out of critical situation etc. reasoned by fact that information and video materials available in internet connected with educational subject remarkably less in Turkmen language in comparison with English or other languages.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Last but not list I plays as founder and administrator of various competitions, tournaments among schools, aiming to draw more attention of children for world of robotics, and hold numerous presentation and seminar with school administration for share knowledge for robotics and programming among students, keeping in mind that "sharing is caring". I hope this would be game change, and in nearest future it will not only be limited by our city but developed on scale of overall country. And one day our children would notably represent our country in world tournaments and competition for programming.
