What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Since I work in a young and dynamically developing startup company, valuable and highly qualified managers are important for our team. My mentoring will play a significant role in the further development of my career. I plan to manage and coordinate an outsourcing team. All the skills and knowledge that I gain, I will definitely apply in practice.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the program, I plan to apply new ideas to our startup company. Today my team and I are working on the implementation of AI in the banking and telecommunications sector. My goal as a manager of the AI ​​Academy is to create an outsourcing group of talented programmers who will create AI products for the external and internal market. I believe that by introducing AI products into various industries, we can gradually change the whole system. According to our calculations and analyses, our company plans to contribute 1% to the country's total GDP.
